プリングルのクリエイティブディレクターに元グッチのクレア・
ワイト・ケラーが抜擢された。
王立芸術カレッジを卒業後、カルバンクライン、ラルフローレン
と順調にキャリアを積み、その後当時のグッチのクリエイティブ・
ディレクターのトム・フォードにヘッドハンティングされグッチの
デザインチームへ。
先日お伝えしたセリーヌ のIvana Omazicもそうでしたがプラダ、
グッチなどビッグ・ブランドのデザインチームで実績を持った
スタッフがヘッドハンティングされるケースが目立ちますね。
THE search for Pringle's new creative director is over.
ClareWaight Keller will shortly take over the position
following the resignation of Stuart Stockdale from the
British label in May.
Keller, who has a BA in fashion and textiles from Cent-
ralSaintMartins and an MA in fashion knitwear from the
Royal Collegeof Art, began her career at Calvin Klein
before moving to Ralph Lauren and then to Gucci when
Tom Ford headhunted her in 2000 to work on the desi-
gn team at Gucci.
